The BCB offers market-entry incubator support for our clients. This includes everything that is needed to set up ‘onshore’ in Dubai, allowing for complete market access.
The company formation types available through the BCB are ‘Branch of a Foreign Company’ or ‘Representative Office’, maintaining 100% ownership by the UK parent company with the mandatory local UAE National Service Agent provided and managed by the BCB as part of the scheme.
We also provide the commercial office address & registration which is essential for all companies in the UAE.
In addition to that, all BCB clients are eligible for a UAE employment / residency visa.
As we are located in the Hamdan Innovation Incubator (HI2), clients have access to meeting rooms, presentation areas, WIFI and kitchen facilities. A monthly Flexi-Desk rental is also available, at additional cost, for anyone wanting a more permanent presence.
Other features of the BCB scheme include:
- Membership of the British Business Group
- Access to DIT sector leads in-country & relevant working groups
- Pre-approved shortlists of corporate suppliers
